Create a Property Information Booklet
Hand this booklet out to everyone who looks at the property. Most potential buyers will already know the information you have put in your booklet. However, if all the other houses have a single page flyer and yours has a booklet, the loose paper flyers will get thrown away before a booklet It is something they can take with them and refer back to. We believe, at a minimum, you should;
- Create a booklet with the following in it;
- A flyer (Printed from our web page.)
- A completed “property disclosure form” (Printed from the SoldOK.com web page.)
- A “lead based paint pamphlet”. (Printed from the SoldOK.com web page.)
- School information (Either get this from the district office or the district web site.)
- A map to the property. (Print this from SoldOK.com)
- Information about your neighborhood, city, town.
- Add anything that you think is a positive to your house, neighborhood, schools, town, state etc.
