Drop Off Flyers at Real Estate Offices
- Drop off flyers and email flyers to real estate agents and their offices. If you are willing to pay an agent some amount of money for finding a buyer, let them know you are selling and if he or she has a buyer you are willing to pay them. You may get agents trying to get you to list your property, however, this is a small annoyance and can be ignored if an agent actually has a buyer they are working with.
- However, if you are not willing to pay a real estate agent at all or find working with an agent, too repulsive don’t bother with this step.
