Welcome to SoldOk.com. Below we have tried to answer some frequently asked questions. In the past reasonable marketing tools were not easily available. Making flyers was difficult, coming up with a marketing plan was difficult, contract forms were not available, and the mystery of what to do after you find a buyer was kept a secret. Times and technology have changed. With the advent of computers, the internet, and www.SoldOK.com reasonable marketing tools are now available to everyone. We strive to help you be effective and efficient in the use of YOUR marketing money.



Q. How much does it cost to market with SoldOK.com?
A. For sale by owners $159 for a term of 6 months.
For sale by owners renewals $75 for an additional 6 months.
For Landlords $30 for 60 days.
For Banks and real estate agents and other institutions call for pricing.

Q. Besides my name, phone number and address, what information should I have before marketing my house on SoldOk.com
A. While you do not need all of these, you will have the option of including them: Location(County, city, street address), Property Type (Single family, commercial, multi family, land etc.), Price, Square feet, Lot size, Year built, #of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, School district, Elementary school, Middle School, High School, Assessed value, Taxes / ½ year, House style (Ranch, Tutor, etc), Construction (Frame, Block, etc), Siding (Stucco, wood, vinyl, etc), Roof (asphalt, metal, etc.), Heating (gas, elec, heat pump), Flooring (carpet, tile, laminate, etc), Garage (2 car attached, carport, etc), Foundation (Slab, crawlspace basement, etc), Fireplace (wood, gas, electric), Room names (sizes are optional) Included appliances (Stove, refrigerator, wood stove, etc.), A narrative about the property, and directions to the property. 5 Photographs

Q. How long will my listing remain active?
A. For sellers the standard listing term is 6 months.
For Landlords the standard listing term is 60 days.
For real estate agents and institutions the standard listing term is 6 months.

Q. How long does it take for my listing to be active?
A. That depends on method of payment. If using Paypal, your listing will be available for you to complete immediately. Once you complete the listing process, your listing will be made visible to the public by the administrator as soon as he is able to activate it; usually within a day. Check or money order payments can take up to a week.

Q. How long before I receive a yard sign?
A. Most yard signs will be placed within 5 business days of receiving your payment. Since we incur nearly all of our expenses in the first few days of listing a new property, we cannot offer refunds. Listings are for one property only and are non-transferable.

Q. Can you take pictures for me?
A. If you are unable to take and upload your own photographs, for a small fee (payable at the time the photographs are taken) we do work with a service to perform a digital photo shoot of your home at your convenience.

Q. Can I make changes to my listing after it has posted?
A. Certainly! You can make any changes you like by logging in to your account at any time. You can change descriptions, change the photos you have uploaded or advertise upcoming open houses. You are in control of your listing, all changes are real time and will appear immediately.

Q. Can I use real estate agent in addition to SoldOK.com?
A. Absolutely! Just ask you agent to place you on our site. Those real estate agents who use us are trying to provide you better service than those who don’t.

Q. My property has been sold, expired, or taken off the market. How do I remove my property listing from the site?
A. Simply login and change your properties' status to sold, alternatively you can also email Sold.com and we will remove the listing for you and we will come to pick up your signage. Please make sure that all signs are available in your yard for pickup.

Q. Who owns the signs, how do I notify you to pick it up?
A. The signs are the property of SoldOK.com. you are merely renting them. We will handle pickup and delivery, but you are responsible for any damage or theft of the yard sign (see our policies). When your listing is sold, expired, or taken off the market, simply notify us at info@SoldOK.com.com , or call us at 405-570-8100

Q. What if I have commercial property or acreage that I wish to use very large signage?
A. If you need more exposure for your commercial property or acreage contact us to appropriately provide you with a quote for specially made enlarged signage (info@SoldOK.com.com).
